 | Project made for a privat, close competition organized by Orange Property Group company. The main aim of this competition was to choose architect for the whole complex of the old cotton factory of Franciszek Ramisch in Łódź. Presented concept of building`s elevation at Piotrkowska 138/140 street probably will be corrected in some aspects during the designing proces of the whole complex. The main regulation from town conservator for this project was the high of the building which should correspond to the neighbour tenement building from the thirtieth years (Piortkowska 134) and division of the fascade for two parts which would remember historical division of the plot. The guideline from the investor was to emphasize the entrance to the complex and the main axis which is directed to the historical tower, part of Ramisch factory.
